Hope Restored. Lives Transformed.

We believe that God is bigger and can do more than we could ever do or imagine. As a church, we want to step into this and partner with what God is doing and will do in Pembrokeshire.

Our vision is one for the whole county, that we’d see God use us as a church to restore hope to Pembrokeshire and see people from every community have their lives transformed by coming to know Jesus.

We see this vision throughout the bible and in the life of Jesus. It is summed up beautifully in this verse from a book in the bible called Romans.

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

-Romans 15:13

What this looks like in our reality is, that when we get to know God and place our trust in Him we are filled with all His love, hope, joy and peace. We long to see this, in power, overflow into the hearts and lives of everyone across our county. For hope to be restored, so all find their true worth in Jesus. For joy to break out and spread throughout all of Pembrokeshire. For freedom to be found; with addictions broken, relationships reconciled, illnesses healed and for people to become fully alive.

This is what He wants for us. This is what He wants for you. This is what He wants for everyone. This is what He wants for Pembrokeshire!

Values

what makes us us

As a church, we have six core attributes that shape the community that God has called us to be. We aim to model these not just in our services and small groups, but also personally, in our everyday lives.

Abandoned to Jesus

We love Jesus! We hold Him at the centre of everything we do because of what He has done for us. We have set our hearts on becoming more like Him. We worship Him passionately and give Him all the glory.

All things done through Him and for Him.

A place to call home

We want to be an extravagantly welcoming community and a place, we hope, people will find a home.

We are committed to having a wide open door so all can come and join in as we journey towards God together.

God is yearning and waiting for you to know Him, and we are too.

COURAGEOUSLY COMPASSIONATE

God’s heart is for the last, the least, and the lost; so we meet the needs of the county whatever it takes.

We feel His heartbeat and are called serve all we can. We want to actively engage with need and injustice to restore hope, dignity and life in Pembrokeshire.

Outrageously Generous

God has been outrageously generous by giving up everything for us – all that we have comes from God and we’re willing to give it all away.

We want to hold all we have in open hands knowing that we have everything we need in a faithful and loving God.

We have been blessed so that we can bless others.

a Culture of expectantcy

We believe that Jesus is alive and working today in miraculous ways. Through the Holy Spirit, we long to see lives transformed by God. We believe that there are moments when the Kingdom of God breaks through and heaven’s goodness touches earth.

We are eager to see lives changed in amazing ways as we “do the stuff” of the Kingdom.

Authentic Community

We are all made for relationship. We highly value authenticity and integrity. We want to create spaces and places where we can be real with each other and with God. We want to grow together, and serve one another. To share our weaknesses and foster trust together. To encourage each other’s giftings and cheer them from the rafters. A place to get to know people and be known. All this, and more, as we do life and explore faith as a community.

We were never meant to experience life on our own. We were made to be part of something bigger than ourselves. We were meant for more.
